Amateur Professionals - a radio show featuring Jess Jackson & co-host Penny Halling!
With all types of music including rock, pop, jazz etc. & during the show there will be updates on the latest news; locally & globally with the odd game and casual chat! Jack, Jess and Penny will keep the show lively and easy to listen to & there will also be a special guest each week so that we have a different scene week after week interviewing the guests to the limit!
7:.00pm MORETON GUIDES ON THE AIR
NCCR will be broadcasting two special shows in March as Moreton Guides visit the studio to present a one hour special on two consecutive Wednesdays. There will be plenty of chat and each Guide will be choosing and introducing their favourite track. During their time as a Guide the girls have to work towards ‘challenges’ and ‘badges’ and this experience will form part of their Communication challenge. The first group will be broadcasting live from the Cooler at 7pm on Wednesday 10th March and the second group will take their turn on Wednesday 17th March.

Terry Ingram presents The Rock Years, "Parts 1 and 2" from 2 to 4pm. You can take part by selecting any Rock Year from 1954 up to, and including the current year. Just fire up the PC and grab yourself 'something for the weekend' with the new old Cooler Breakfast......

on this weeks programme we will be featuring the album that I played a track from a couple of weeks ago , yes I said album because it will be a vinyl album that I found in my cupboard a few weeks ago and have been dying to play tracks from it on the show every since . The Outlaws features Waylon Jennings , Willie Nelson , Jessie Colter and Tompall Glaser .Phew what a lineup !
Easy listening around 1.00pm will feature our old friend 83 years old Johnny Larkin from the north east who I understand from his good friend Sylvia Bowron who has been in touch with me that he is not well at present following a fall . Get well soon Johnny ! Plus tracks from Patricia Conroy , Glen Campbell and Bobby Gentry , and Keith Urban .
Plus at around 1.30pm the classic segment will again feature the indomitable Glen Campbell , soon to be on tour in the UK , plus Jerry Reed ,The Everley bros , and Flatts and Scruggs .
