As perhaps the most important breakthrough of recent times in the treatment of cancer, Photodynamic Therapy (PDT)will soon become widely available as a viable and much less debilitating alternative to existing treatments for many varieties of the disease. Leading the battle to have it accepted on a national basis is the charity Killing Cancer (www.killingcancer.co.uk) which is run by David Longman.
